Lettings and Management Service
Move it was established in 2008. We manage a tremendous amount of rental properties. Many customers have been with us from the onset. The vast majority of our business comes from referrals.
Sales and Valuation
Our first step will be to visit you at your home and provide a market appraisal which includes suggested asking and sales prices in line with comparative properties in your surrounding area.
Properties Refurbishment
Property sourcing & Renovations one arm of our company is property sourcing & renovations for landlords/investors. We negotiate the best prices to procure the property and fully renovate. We have a large portfolio of projects undertaken we simply can’t be beaten on price!
